Davis County Walks is a wellness program designed to encourage
all residents and/or employees of Davis County to become more
physically active, promote health, and to help reduce immobility,
disease and illness. The goal is for participants to work
up to walking 10,000 steps per day or doing other equivalant activities
(see the conversion chart).
To help participants accomplish this goal they can wear a step counter
(pedometer)
and record the number of steps taken per day by
logging on to the Walk Tracker at the
Utah Walks website.
Start Tracking Your Steps today by clicking here and then on the Walk Tracker to register.
