Chapter 12.04 STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM
Section 12.04.010 Designated drainage systems.
The following facilities wherever located in the unincorporated
area of Davis County and
within the incorporated area of Davis County, including open channel sections and sections in
conduit, are declared to be a part of the Storm Drainage and Flood Control System of Davis
County and are subject to the provisions of this chapter relating to such facilities.
Designated Drainage Systems.
1. Mill Creek drainage;
2. Barton Creek drainage;
3. Stone Creek drainage;
4. Deuel Creek drainage;
5. Parrish Creek drainage;
6. Barnard Creek drainage;
7. Ricks Creek drainage;
8. Davis Creek drainage;
9. Steed Creek drainage;
10. Farmington Creek drainage;
11. Shepard Creek drainage;
12. Rigby s Dry Hollow drainage;
13. Haights Creek--Bear Canyon drainage;
14. Holmes Creek drainage;
15. Kays Creek drainage;
16. Howard Slough drainage;
17. Hooper Canyon drainage;
18. North Canyon drainage;
19. Weber River;
20. 2300 North, Clinton, Utah;
21. Channels West of Bluff Road:
a. 300 North, West Point, Utah,
b. 700 South, Syracuse, Utah,
c. 3000 West, Syracuse, Utah,
d. 2000 West, Syracuse, Utah;
22. Jordan River;
23. A-1 Agricultural drainage;
24. West Gentile drainage;
25. Clearfield/West Point 200 south
storm drain;
26. Syracuse 1500 west storm drain;
27. Clinton 2050 north storm drain.
The above and foregoing designated drainage systems are more
particularly identified and
described on the official flood control map of Davis County, a true and exact copy of which is
attached to the ordinance and codified in this chapter and by reference made a part of this
