Section 12.04.040 Conveyance of easements and rights-of-way.

    Before the approval and recording of any subdivision, the subdivider of any property contained within any “critical flood area,” as that term is defined in Section 12.04.020, shall convey to Davis County any rights-of-way or easements designated by the Flood Control Director. On such granted rights-of-way and easements, Davis County shall reserve to itself the right of entry by agents, employees and contractors to survey, plan, construct and maintain such improvements as may be necessary to insure adequate flood control.
