Chapter 5.04 COMMERCIAL BUSINESS LICENCES
Section 5.04.060 Exemption
A. It is unlawful for any person to engage in any business
in the unincorporated areas of
Davis County without first applying for and obtaining an appropriate county business license,
and paying, in advance, the full amount of the required license fee.
B. If any person has a current, valid, and unexpired
business license issued by a city within
Davis County which grants reciprocal recognition to licenses issued by Davis County under the
provisions of this chapter, that person is not required to apply for or obtain a business license
from Davis County or pay a license fee.
