Section 5.04.090 Applications for licenses.

All applications for licenses shall be made in writing and submitted to the License Department upon a County form, which may be obtained from the License Department. All forms must be signed by the person owning the business. The initial application must be notarized but applications for the renewal of business licenses need not be notarized.
