Prior to the adoption of Ord. 06-2002 on 12/24/2002, Section 5.04.090 read as follows.

    All applications for licenses shall be made in writing and submitted to the License Department upon a County form, which may be obtained from the License Department. All forms must be signed by the person owning the business. and notarized. (Ord. 4-2000 Art. IV(A)) The initial application must be notarized but applications for the renewal of business licenses need not be notarized.
