Each application for a license shall be filed by the applicant with the Community and Economic Development Department. The license fee is due in full at the time of application submittal. The fee shall be paid in the form of cash or check made payable to Davis County. Applications received by the License Director shall be numbered in the order they are received and shall be filed in numerical sequence in the Community and Economic Development Department.
