Upon receiving the application, the License Director and/or License Deputies shall have a reasonable time to conduct an investigation, complete a report, and review it or submit it to the License Director for review. The report shall include recommendations as to whether the license should be granted or denied. (Ord. 4-2000 Art. IV(F))
