In the event the application is approved by the Director, the approval shall be endorsed on the application and signed by the Director or Deputy. After the application has been signed by the Director or Deputy, the license shall be submitted to the County Commission to be signed by the Chairperson. (Ord. 4-2000 Art. IV(H))
