It is unlawful to counterfeit, deface or mutilate a License Certificate while it is in force and posted in a place of business. It shall also be unlawful to remove, or attempt to remove, a posted License of Certificate while it is in force. It is unlawful to use or permit the use of a License Certificate or to place, or permit the placement or use of a License Certificate in any other business other than the business the license was issued to.
