Any license issued by this chapter may be revoked after notification and a hearing is conducted for the licensee by the County Commission, unless otherwise specifically provided for herein or in any other ordinance of the County. At such hearing the license holder shall be allowed to appear and present evidence as to why the business license should not be revoked. After notification and the hearing for the revocation of the license, the Director may revoke the license for any violation of this chapter or any other County ordinances or law, or for any other reason the Director deems good and sufficient.
