There shall be a six-month waiting period for any persons who have been denied a license or had a license revoked under the provisions of this chapter, before reapplying for a license for the same business purpose will be considered. There shall also be a six-month waiting period for any persons directly professionally associated with a person or business for which a license has been denied or revoked before consideration will be given to an application for the same business. However, the Director may, in his or her discretion, waive the six-month waiting period against persons associated or connected with an individual who has been denied a license. (Ord. 4-2000 Art.
