All applications for licenses authorized by this section shall be verified and filed with the License Director of Davis County. Applications shall state the applicant’ s name in full and that the applicant has complied with the requirements and possesses the qualifications specified in the Utah Alcoholic Beverage Control Act. If the applicant is a copartner, the names and addresses of all partners must be shown on the application. If a corporation or limited liability company the names and addresses of all officers and directors of the corporation or members of the limited liability company must be shown on the application. Licenses may not be granted to sell beer within six hundred (600) feet of any church or school. A minor may not be granted a beer retailer license. (Ord. 4-2000 Art. IX(C))
