A.    Obscenity. Notwithstanding anything contained in this article, nothing in this article shall be deemed to permit or allow the showing or display of any matter which is contrary to applicable federal or state statutes prohibiting obscenity.

    B.    Lewdness. Notwithstanding anything contained in this article, nothing in this article shall be deemed to permit or allow conduct or the showing or display of any matter which is contrary to the provisions of Title 76, Chapter 5, Part 4, Section 76-9-702, and Section 76-9-702.5, Utah Code Ann.
