Each applicant for a sexually oriented business or employee license shall be required to pay regulatory license fees as set by resolution and added in the consolidated fee schedule. The fees will be reviewed periodically. An application is not complete until all appropriate fees have been paid. (Ord. 4-2000 Art. X(K))
