A.    It is unlawful for any business licensed pursuant to this article to allow the sale, storage, supply or consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises.

    B.    It is unlawful for any person to possess or consume any alcoholic beverage on the premises of any sexually oriented business. (Ord. 4-2000 Art. X(V))
