The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all persons and businesses described in this chapter, whether the herein described activities were established before or after the effective date of this chapter and regardless of whether such persons and businesses are currently licensed to do business in the County.

    A.    Outcall Services. All such persons and businesses requiring outcall service licenses shall have forty-five (45) days from the effective date of this article or until their current license expires, whichever is first, to comply with the provisions of this article.

    B.    Semi-Nude Dancing Agencies. All semi-nude dancing agency licenses shall be seventy-five (75) days from the effective date of this article or until their license must be renewed, whichever is first, to comply with the provisions of this article.

    C.    Adult Businesses--Semi-Nude Entertainment Businesses. All adult businesses and semi-nude businesses shall have one hundred thirty-five (135) days from the effective date of this article or until their current license must be renewed, whichever is first, to comply with the provisions of this article.
