Chapter 9.20 FIREWORKS
Section 9.20.010 Sale of Class C explosives.
No person may engage in the retail sale of any Class C common state approved
explosives, as
defined in Section 53-7-202, Utah Code Annotated 1953 as amended, within the unincorporated
territory of the County without first obtaining and displaying a current and valid license from the
County.
