STD/HIV Clinics & Testing
Midtown Community Health Center - Davis County Medical & Dental Clinic is co-located with the Davis County Health Department in Clearfield. Midtown provides primary-care services including family planning and STD/HIV testing.
No appointment needed for free STD testing/screening.
- Chlamydia & Gonorrhea (urine test)
- HIV & Syphilis (blood test)
Doctor visit requires appointment.
- Low cost exam with a medical provider is recommended for those who are experiencing STD symptoms.
- A physician can evaluate you for other STDs not included in free STD screening.
HIV Testing
Free HIV testing is available Monday - Friday through the Midtown Community Health Center - Davis County Medical & Dental Clinic. Testing results typically take 5-10 days.
Free Rapid HIV Testing
Free, rapid HIV testing, is conducted the 4th Wednesday of each month from 3-6 p.m. at the Midtown Community Health Center, 22 South State Street, Suite 1007, in Clearfield. Walk-ins are welcome. Results are received within 20 minutes. Testing for other STDs is also available.

Testing and Treatment for Minors
The clinic and testing mentioned above is available for people of all ages. In accordance with Utah Code, 26-6-18, a minor can seek medical care by a hospital, public clinic, or a private physician for the diagnosis and treatment of a sexually transmitted disease without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
