Lewis Garrett is the Director and Local Health Officer of the Davis County Health Department. His duties include responsibility for the overall direction of the administrative, clinical, and environmental functions of the Health Department. He supervises the Department’s Business Manager and the Directors of the Family Health & Senior Services Division and the Environmental Health Services Division. He provides consultations to local medical and dental providers, Davis County Commissioners and Department heads, and the Davis County Board of Health.
Garrett completed his undergraduate degree in nursing at Brigham Young University and his master’s degree in public health at the University of Texas.
