Child Care Facilities

For Day Care Centers, Drop-in facilities, Licensed Home Day Care, or Certified Home Day Care requirements, please contact the Utah Department of Health, Bureau of Child Care Licensing at (801) 444-2950. Food Service within these facilities must be approved and permitted by the local health department.
