Temporary Food Service Permits

Individuals seeking a permit to sell food at a one-time event may obtain a temporary permit. Permits are $15 for the first day and $5 for each additional day. Permits are only valid for up to 14 days at any one event. You may fill out the Application for a Temporary Food Establishment Permit (pdf) and submit it along with the appropriate fees and have the permit mailed to you. Please allow adequate time for mailing each way.
