To search for an online inspection report, click the Search tab at http://www.daviscountyutah.gov/health/environmental/inspections/search.cfm

On the Search tab, complete one of the following options:

Enter and/or select your search criteria and then click the Search >> button.

(OR)

Click the first letter of the facility name that you are searching for. NOTE: Selecting (Other) will display facilities that begin with a number.

Your search results will display.

In the search results table, click the name of the facility you are searching for.

A listing of all inspections dates—for the current owner—will be displayed with the most recent inspection listed first.

Click the date of the inspection report you want to view.

The inspection report form will display.

NOTE: For information about the inspection report form, click the Help tab. To search for another inspection report, click the Search Again... tab.
