The Heritage Senior Activity Center started November 18, 1975 in Clearfield, Utah, to serve seniors in Clearfield, Northern Layton, South Weber, Syracuse, Clinton, Sunset, and West Point. Some of the opportunities we offer include lunch each week day, exercise, recreation, transportation, health screenings, nutritional supplements, and social services. The center is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays.
