WIC Qualification Requirements

To qualify for WIC, you must:

  • Live in Davis County. You do not have to be a U.S. citizen.
  • Have a family income less than WIC income guidelines. To see WIC Income Guidelines click here. A person receiving Medicaid, the Family Employment Program (TANF), or Food Stamps already meets the income eligibility requirements. We highly recommend you make an appointment for a final determination of eligibility.
  • Have a special nutritional need.
  • Be in one of the following groups:
    • pregnant
    • breastfeeding an infant under one year
    • a woman who has had a baby within the past six months
    • an infant
    • child less than 5 years of age

Clients are seen by appointment only.
