Recognition
|
2025 Animal Care Foster of the Year Cindy
Blanchard
|
|
|
|
Animal Care of Davis County is proud
to recognize Cindy Blanchard as our
2025 Foster of the Year for her
extraordinary dedication and
compassion.
Since becoming a foster in 2020,
Cindy has cared for 57 animals over
the past two years alone. Serving as
both a mentor and medical expert,
she consistently goes above and
beyond, providing exceptional care
for some of our most vulnerable
animals. Her fosters have included
kittens to critically injured
puppies, including a mama dog and
her five puppies rescued after being
thrown from a moving vehicle.
Cindy’s unwavering commitment,
countless hours and generous heart
make a lasting difference for
animals across Davis County. We are
deeply grateful for all that she
does. We truly could not do this
work without her.
