Recognition
2025 Animal Care Foster of the Year
Cindy Blanchard
img

Animal Care of Davis County is proud to recognize Cindy Blanchard as our 2025 Foster of the Year for her extraordinary dedication and compassion.

Since becoming a foster in 2020, Cindy has cared for 57 animals over the past two years alone. Serving as both a mentor and medical expert, she consistently goes above and beyond, providing exceptional care for some of our most vulnerable animals. Her fosters have included kittens to critically injured puppies, including a mama dog and her five puppies rescued after being thrown from a moving vehicle.

Cindy’s unwavering commitment, countless hours and generous heart make a lasting difference for animals across Davis County. We are deeply grateful for all that she does. We truly could not do this work without her.
