Davis County Shooting Range |
The Davis County Commission Office and other Davis County department leaders continue to meet to discuss the future management of the shooting range. Efforts are being made to improve the grounds, parking area and other things at the range with the intent to have it open for both law enforcement and the public. No decisions have been made about hours of operation, volunteers, clubs, or organizations having access to the facility.
Various law enforcement agencies in the county including the Davis County Sheriff’s Office are currently using the shooting range. The expectation is that the range will be open for public use around April 1st, weather permitting.
