COVID-19 Vaccines

Late in the evening on Friday, May 7th, the 200,000th dose of the COVID-19 vaccine was administered at the Legacy Event Center in Farmington. Wednesday, May 12th, marked the 100th vaccination clinic held by the health department. The Pfizer vaccine is now available for those 12-15 years old who are accompanied by a parent or guardian. For those 16-17 years old, a signed appointment form by a parent/guardian will be accepted.

Appointments are no longer required for vaccinations at the Farmington clinic, but they are still encouraged.

Hours of operation have changed.
Thursday and Friday 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Saturday  10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Vaccines are also available, by appointment only, at our Immunization clinics in Clearfield and Bountiful.

We are also bringing COVID-19 vaccines into our communities by hosting outreach/pop-up clinic events. Watch Facebook and Twitter to see when we'll be in your neighborhood.
