Both Davis County golf courses support golf teams from Davis High School, Farmington High School, and Layton High School. Girls High School golf is underway this spring.

The Davis High School girls golf team won the 6A State Championship in 2021. Their 2022 season began at Davis Park Golf Course in Fruit Heights on March 24th as they hosted Region 1. Layton High School girls golf will host Region 1 on April 21st at Valley View Golf Course in Layton.

In conjunction with the Highway 89 construction, Davis Park is renovating the driving range. Look for a new hitting pavilion and upgrades to be completed in 2023
