Welcome to EXPRESSIONS DANCE in Bountiful and Centerville, Utah! We are currently accepting enrollment for all classes! Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Academic Preschool, and Tumbling.

Expressions Dance offers a positive, challenging, structured environment that teaches great values. We focus on form, creativity and encourage our students to express themselves while learning from the classes they attend.

In addition to our excellent Competitive program, the studio offers over 50 recreational and technique classes for all ages and levels of dancers.  These classes allow everyone an opportunity to dance in a class with proper instruction and a positive atmosphere, teaching boys and girls of all ages dance appreciation, discipline, cooperation, and physical fitness.  Dance Impressions provides an environment of professional training for all students regardless of experience, age, or aspirations.  

Getting a workout doesn't have to be on a treadmill. Kairos Fitness is the only studio in the area to offer pole fitness and aerial dance classes. With your membership you will also enjoy group fitness and traditional dance classes. Yoga, dance, aerial arts, pole fitness, group fitness, private instruction.

Our professional talented staff will train & take you on a journey to experience the love & excitement of dance, focusing on proper technical skills in a positive motivating atmosphere while encouraging, creating & building lasting lifelong self-esteem & confidence to succeed.
