At Mountain West Gymnastics Academy, we believe it’s essential for all children to realize that they can accomplish hard things. We don’t just teach your child gymnastics, we teach them to push themselves and to never say “I can’t."  We offer gymnastics, ninja, dance, and cheer classes for children, teenagers, and adults.

Flippers is a gym with a fun loving staff, covered in bright, fun colors, and full of laughter and fun. 

Lightbox provides outstanding technical training in a positive environment that focuses on the life skills of dependability, punctuality, responsibility, respect, and teamwork.  We strive to provide students with not only the technical skills to pursue a professional dance, tumbling or cheer career, should they be interested, but more importantly arm them with essential life skills that lead to success in whatever they pursue.

We have boys and girls classes for all age groups. Children participate on all four Women’s’ Olympic events (vault, bars, beam and floor) as well as all 6 Mens’ Olympic events (parallel bars, high bar, rings, vault, floor and pommel horse). It has been proven that gymnastics is a confidence building sport that improves overall fitness, muscle strength, balance, agility, coordination, mental focus, cognitive skills and social skills. Gymnastics sets the basis for any sport. We offer girls competitive team. We compete USAG compulsory, Xcel and optional depending on the level of the team member.  Our team is comprised of  girls dedicated to the sport of gymnastics from Beginners to Elite. 

Shaw Dance is the best dance studio for your child. Shaw Dance Studio and Preschool originated in 1991. Our philosophy is to build well rounded, highly educated dancers that are versatile in all dance forms, disciplines, and genres.

I became a dance teacher because I wanted to give students what dance gave to me. My goal as a dance educator is to instill self-confidence and individualism in all of our dancers. We believe in not just teaching dances but rather teaching dance technique and all of the dance elements. This approach has made us very successful in our competitive and recreation classes.    

We also offer an academic preschool for children ages 3 to 5. We focus on a structured curriculum and kindergarten readiness.

We are excited to welcome you to Groove The Academy! A dance studio for all ages and levels. We focus not only on developing amazing dancers inside the studio but also confident, strong individuals outside of the studio. South Davis Recreation Center is an all-in-one location to be active.  For all ages & skill levels. 

COR is a highly specialized center dedicated to enhancing athletic performance. In order for an individual to become a client they must go through an initial assesment & interview process.  This qualification interview is designed to explain the level of mutual commitment required for a successful outcome and getting you the results that both want to see happen!
