This parkway connects to the south end of Mills Park. It is paved and has benches alongside it.

This is a paved parkway traveling within Mills Park and connecting to the North and South Drain Parkways.

Mountain View Estates Trail is a concrete walkway about a half mile long.

Valentine Estates Trail is a concrete walkway about a .68 miles long traveling throughout the Valentine Estates. It eventually connects to Legacy Parkway.

The Baer Creek Trail is an awesome hiking trail, but it is a little tougher than average. It is one of the undiscovered wonders of the Wasatch mountains. Hiking this trail, one enjoys the peaceful sound of the creek cascading its way down the mountain. Small picnic or camp spots can be found along the way to rest or spend the night. The trail is steepest near the top, but the reward is incredible when you see the view of the Great Salt Lake and the mountains to the west.

It’s safe to say that Adams Canyon is Davis County’s most popular trail due to accessibility and the 40-foot waterfall at the end of the canyon. Adams Canyon was named for Elias Adams, an early pioneer, but today the trail is much more developed than it was in his day. The hike begins on a sandy, sun-exposed climb where barriers have been built to keep the trail from dissolving down the hillside. Once in the canyon, the trail is shaded and runs next to the north fork of Holmes Creek. You enjoy the sights, sounds, and coolness of the stream as you climb your way to the fresh and impressive waterfall at the top.

This is a short urban nature walk through a wooded area paralleling part of Davis Creek. During the spring a pleasant brook tumbles along beside you.

This is a fun trail with several easy-access trailheads throughout the city at the Davis County Fairgrounds, Ezra T. Clark Park, Lagoon, and Farmington Pond. The trail is moderate, but if you take some of the branches there are more difficult areas. This trail offers some great views of the valley and mountain scenery, and it heads up the canyon to end at an old silver mine.
