The Davis County Clerk's Office has successfully completed the annual Government Data Privacy Act (GDPA) report, achieving 100% participation across all required departments. Under Utah Code § 63G-2-303, counties are required to annually review and report on how personal data is collected, used, stored and shared to ensure compliance with state data privacy standards.

This annual process helps ensure the county's data practices remain transparent, accurate and compliant with state requirements, reinforcing Davis County's commitment to responsible information management and public trust.
