The Utah Republican Party will hold Caucus Meetings and a Presidential Preference Poll on March 5th. State and County delegates will be selected at the caucus meetings. To pre-register for the caucus meeting and to find the location for your precinct, go to caucus.gop.

Dog and Cat lovers are allowed 3 pets per residence in Davis County. Responsible pet owners may now apply for a permit to license a 4th pet.

Animal Care of Davis County is accepting new volunteers.

The Davis County Sheriff's Office is excited to announce the expansion of its Internet Safety Course by making it more accessible to parents. The Sheriff's Office is partnering with the Davis County Library and will hold classes at various Davis County Library branches on the third Wednesday of every month.

The course is designed for parents and kids 12 years and older. Davis County Sheriff detectives will discuss cases, apps, sextortion, and ways to prevent your child from falling victim to online predators.

Davis County’s 6th Annual Resilience Symposium was held Friday, February 2nd in-person at Davis Technical College and virtually. The Symposium builds awareness of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), helps us become a trauma-informed community, and promotes self-care.

Experts shared valuable training for individuals, parents, and organizations. Dr. Shafer was especially vulnerable about the sexual abuse he experienced as a young child and what helps him with ongoing healing.
