Utah Indoor Clean Air Act

Air Quality Bureau staff investigates and enforces the Utah Indoor Clean Air Act statute and rules. Recently several significant changes were made to the act and smoking in buildings and places of employment will be restricted or banned. The Utah Tobacco Prevention and Control Program has an explanation of the changes to the Utah Indoor Clean Air Act.
