Prevention and Treatment

Measures can be taken to prevent the spread of the flu virus. Separating sick individuals from healthy individuals, limiting contact with sick people, and hand washing will reduce your chances of getting the flu. The most effective method of prevention is "Vaccination". Stay at home kits can also be put together to maximize some preventative measures. For more information, click here.
