TITLE V Program (Senior Community Service Employment Program)

The purpose of the Title V Program is to provide useful part time community service employment for persons with low incomes who are 55 years and older and provide useful community service. The goal is to train the older worker to re-enter the work force. Title V Employees must meet 125% of poverty.
