Section 10.12.040 Jurisdiction of the Division.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 03-2002 on 10/01/2002, Section 10.12.040 read as follows.
All aspects of the vehicle emissions inspection/maintenance
program within Davis County
enumerated in Section 10.12.030 shall be subject to the direction and control of the Division.
