Section 10.12.060 Scope.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 03-2002 on 10/01/2002, Section 10.12.060 read as follows.
It is shall be unlawful for any person to fail to comply
with any policy, procedure, technical
bulletin, standard or regulation promulgated by the Division, unless expressly waived by this
