Section 10.16.020 Unlawful Operations

It is unlawful for any person to operate, or allow to be operated, a motorized vehicle on the Bonneville Shoreline Trail or within the area of any easement or property of Davis County through or on which the trail is located except with the specific prior authorization of Davis County; in accordance with any lawfully posted sign authorizing such operation and use and except for law enforcement, emergency, or other government personnel in the event of an emergency; county maintenance personnel engaged in trail maintenance; or owners of property through which the trail passes in order to cross from one side of the trail to the other.
