Chapter 10.17 LOCAL OPTION TRANSPORTATION CORRIDOR PRESERVATION FEE
Section 10.17.020 Purpose
The Utah State Legislature has authorized Davis County to enact a Local Option
Transportation Corridor Preservation Fee that may be collected at the time application is made
for registration or renewal of registration for a motor vehicle under assessment and collection of
fee pursuant to Sections 72-2-117, 72-2-117.5, and 41-1a-1222, Utah Code Annotated 1953 as
currently amended.
