Section 10.17.070 Notice

Notice shall be given to the Utah State Tax Commission by Davis County in accordance with Section 41-1a-1222(4) Utah Code Annotated 1953 as currently amended upon the enactment, change or repeal of the Local Option Transportation Corridor Preservation Fee.
