Section 12.04.070 Abrogation of other County provisions.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 01-2006 on 02/22/2006, Section 12.04.070 read as follows.
This chapter does not in any way supersede or abrogate
any County flood damage prevention
ordinance enacted by Davis County or any municipality located within Davis County. nor
relieve
any person of the obligation to fully comply with Chapter 14.24 of this Code.
