Prior to the adoption of Ord. 02-2004 on 06/15/2004, Section 9.24.020 read as follows.

No person shall hunt upland game using a firearm or any other means in a portion of the unincorporated area of Davis County located between Kaysville City and Layton City between Weaver Lane and Phillips Street, all as identified and described on the map attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter, incorporated into this chapter, and made a part of this chapter as Exhibit “A.” (Ord. 4-1998 § 2)

It is unlawful for any person to hunt big game, upland game, waterfowl, small game, or wildlife in the unincorporated area of Davis County located between Kaysville City and Layton City between Weaver Lane and Phillips Street and east of Angel Street, being more particularly described and identified in the legal description filed in the Office of the Davis County Clerk/Auditor with the adopting ordinance as Exhibit "A."
