Description

If you've been looking for a way to get the whole family into birding, this field trip is the perfect opportunity. Participants will get the chance to meet a live raptor ambassador from HawkWatch International, explore the features that attract birds to the environment, learn how to use binoculars and field guides, and look for wild birds at Red Butte Gardens, one of Salt Lake's most accessible birding hotspots. This program is designed for families with children ages five and up.
