Calling all bird-loving kids! Bring your favorite adult on an awesome aquatic adventure.
Calling all bird-loving kids! Bring your favorite adult on an awesome aquatic adventure. We'll begin our expedition at the Antelope Island State Park Marina where we'll go over kayaking safety before heading out on the water to look for avocets, ibis, grebes, gulls, phalaropes, ducks, and more.
Weather permitting.
Spots: 8 adults and 8+ youth participants per start time
Cost: $85 (includes 1 adult and 1 youth ticket)
*Ticket includes park entry, head net, kayak, and life jacket rental.
Adult kayaks can support up to 250 lbs. Youth kayaks can support up to 100lbs. All participants must be able to pilot their own kayaks (no lap sitting) and are required to wear provided flotation devices. Minimum participant age is 6 years old, and all youth ages 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Each adult can accompany no more than two youth ages 6-15. Youth ages 16-17 can participate without an adult with a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.
