Plan your schedule to participate in these activities!

Vendor and Exhibit Hours:

Friday, May 18, 12 noon – 7 pm
Saturday, May 19, 10 am – 6 pm

Unless otherwise noted, participants should bring binoculars, water, snacks and/or lunch depending on length of trip, camera, sunscreen, hat, and appropriate clothing.

Be sure to visit our Venders, Artists, Optical & Birding Equipment booths, Food, Displays, and Youth & Family Activities.

Youth  & Family Activities: 

Friday, May 18th 

3:30 pm: The Secret Lives of Cranes: Decoding Crane Behavior Workshop
with Keynote George Archibald and book signing

5:45 pm – 6 pm:  Student Art Contest Awards

6 - 7 pm  Family Program

 Saturday, May 19th   

  • 8 am - 12 pm  Boy Scout Merit Badge & Youth Program (#26 registration fee  $5/youth, leaders free)  
  • 9:15 am Workshop –
