Physical Activity

From heart disease and stroke prevention, to better mental health and a longer life, the benefits of physical activity have been known for years.

Physical activity is a key element to any weight loss program and comes in a variety of forms: walking, cycling, swimming, dancing, and golfing, just to name a few.
