The Davis County Health Department's home & community-based programs provide services in the home setting to maximize independence in older adults. Options and opportunities are offered for healthy, active adults as well as provide services that help the frail elderly remain independent and living in their own homes for as long as possible. Services are provided to help educate and relieve caregivers.
