Central Branch opened in 1988, and provides space for public service, meeting space, and staff work areas. In 2002 the branch was expanded and remodeled, adding an additional 1,500 square feet of new space and recapturing other space that was underused. The project resulted in significantly more space for public service including a new children's room on the south side.
